new domain, new start
Why not just use wordpress or somethign else? I'm building this for me. This is powered by my emacs/org setup. Which I use to try to keep notes, ideas, and more. I find it valuable to able to reference media, code, notes, etc.. via tags and archives.
Given that a common theme in my journeys seems to be building things using open source and web tech, having to fight with others platforms to be able to build things (meaning embedding web apps in the content) takes away from actually creating things. Also no-one does a good job of really pulling everything together (blog/wiki/nvalt)
I still have lots to do to start pulling things together. I expect it will be a continual work-in-progress, adding features as I need them.
I expect my focus will be on the intersection of:
- algorithmic art
- svg & vector processing (useful for glowforge, shaper origin and hopefully a desktop cnc machine)
- p5.js and other neat things happening on the front end
